Online meeting in the eTwinning project 'Kind Words, Strong Connections'

 



On Wednesday, 29 April, the group from 8c grade together with Mrs Wilk met online with the project partners to say hello and introduce themselves in person. It's been great fun, since it was the first direct contact, so far we've been cooperating via eTwinning platform and project tasks. We're doing the eTwinning project 'Kind Words, Strong Connections' and as we're approaching the end of it, we're going to meet a few more times in May.

"Our Shared Heritage' - eTwinning project

We are beginning a new eTwinning project! It is going to be about intangible heritage of Poland and Italy. The project will involve students of classes 7c, 6a and 6c, supervised by three teachers, Mrs Sylwia Walkiewicz Carboni, Mrs Agnieszka Pietras and Mrs Iwona Wilk. We're going to cooperate with a partner school  ICS "Pascoli-Crispi" di Messina  in Italy. We're very excited!

Native speakers at our school

To further increase the international dimension, we had a pleasure to welcome native speakers from the language school English College. Two nice teachers gave lessons on various topics in some classes, from the youngest to the seniors. They had a chance to speak and listen to real life English, they asked questions and received answers. They learned, for example, about the native land of one of the teachers, Eswatini, previously known as Suaziland. They practised the language of the country - it was hard! That was a great opportunity to broaden the horizons, we are very greatful for it!
